The russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022. It was a day that changed us and our way of living. We thought these terrific events would last for a few days or at least a month. Unfortunately, this horrible war that has already taken so many lives of adults and children has lasted for a year and is still not over.
Donations have become a part of Ukrainians’ ordinary lives throughout this year.
And Magefan is not an exception. Our company keeps working and donates to the humanitarian aid organizations.
Here are some main foundations we support with our monthly donations.
Comeback Alive Fundation
Comeback Alive is one of the biggest Ukrainian charitable foundations. Ukrainians and people from around the globe had donated to this fund over 140 million dollars since February 24, 2022. The main project of this fund is Army Assitance. This is also one of the first charity funds that has been providing army assistance since 2014 when russia first invaded Ukraine.
Prytula Foundation
Prytula Foundation is another big Ukrainian charitable foundation that helps the army and civilians. This fund has many different projects – like purchasing drones, communication equipment and funding professional training for our defenders who serve in the Armed Forces.
Last year this charity foundation purchased access to the satellite from donations made by ordinary people in just a few days. Recently, the Financial Times published an interview with Serhiy Prytula, the founder of this foundation, about the purchase and the fund.
United24 Foundation
United24 is an official Ukrainian fundraiser platform, created by the initiative of the President of Ukraine. This fundraiser has three main projects: Defence and Demining, Medical Aid and Rebuild Ukraine. Each of these projects is equally important. So you can join any of them to support our country and people.
Hospiatliers Fundation
Hospiatliers is the Ukrainian voluntary organization of paramedics. This organization was founded in 2014 by Yana ZInkevych when russia invaded the Ukrainian Crimea peninsula. When you are reading this, hospitaliers are saving lives at the front line proving their slogan "For the sake of every life". For better convenience, the Ukrainian community in the UK has also founded a platform that fundraises and delivers medical aid directly to the Hosptialiers organization.
The war is not over but we believe that even the smallest donation can help. We believe that our victory over the russian federation terrorist state will come soon and work for bringing it closer.
Join our donations to help Ukraine fight for freedom.
Slava Ukraini! Glory to Ukraine!
With Gratitude,
The Magefan Team
