Returning Extensions
Customers have the right to request a refund within 30 days after an order has been placed. The refund policy applies only in case the extension to be refunded has been purchased at magefan.com website.
Returning Services
Installation Service, Custom Development Service and other services Magefan provides (full list: https://magefan.com/services ) are not refundable after the service has been provided to a customer.
How do we process a refund?
All refund requests should be sent via our Contact us form. It takes up to 2 business days to process a refund. All the copies of Magefan software must be removed before the request is sent.
