As you see, managing Magento reviews and ratings isn't hard at all. If you sell better products/services than your competitors and provide a high-quality customer experience along with that - you'll be getting a lot of feedback you can use to provide your customers with even better service.
But for that, you have to stay updated about the customers' feedback. Magento, unfortunately, doesn't provide that, but Magento 2 Admin Email Notification extension does.
It allows you to always be aware of new reviews even if you are not logged into your admin.
