In order to translate the Product Attribute and Attribute Options Labels do the following:
1. Navigate to Stores > Configuration > Attributes > Product and choose the attribute you want to translate.
2. Set the translated Attribute Title in the Manage Labels section.
3. Go to Properties and set the translated names for the Attribute Option Values and Save Attribute.
This is what you will see on the storefront as a result.
