If you need to assist your Shopify B2B customers, the Magefan allows you to do that directly from frontend. You can log in as B2B customer with a custom code.
To log in as B2B customer on frontend in Shopify.
1. Go to Apps > Magefan Login as Customer > Customers.
2. Choose the customer you want to log in as.
3. Copy the generated temporary email you see in the pop-up window and press the Sign In button to open the login form.
4. Paste the copied email and click Continue.
5. Return to the Shopify admin panel and copy the 6-digit code generated for the login session.
6. Paste the code into the login field and press Submit.
You’re now successfully logged in as the Shopify B2B customer.
Note: the app temporarily replaces the customer's original login email with a generated one for the period defined in the configurations. When the time expires, the original email is automatically restored without any interference.
However, if you are still using legacy accounts, Magefan also offers you to log in as a customer in Shopify without a password and deliver reliable and effective support.
