Magefan Trial License Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Magefan (“we”) software (the “Extension”) on a trial basis for the management of your Magento 2 store admin panel or frontend.

These Terms also govern any use of the Extension by any person who has been supplied a user authentication keys, license key and files of the Extension by you, on your behalf or at your request, and you agree to be responsible for any use of the Extension by any of your users.

By using the Extension or permitting any user to use the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you do not have the right to access the Extension.

 

General

 

1.1. A free trial should be requested from a company corporate email that is associated with the live website you want to use the Extension on.

1.2. The request for the free trial not from a company corporate email is accepted only when comes from agencies with a proven record of orders at magefan.com.

1.3. During the 14-day free trial period you are granted a nonexclusive, revocable right to access the Extension and subject to these Terms. At the end of the trial period, the use of the trial license is either (1) terminated or (2) you purchase a permanent license and continue using the Extension with a permanent license key.

1.4. Free trial license can include multiple test, dev, stage, but ONE LIVE domain.

1.5. If requested prior to the termination of the trial period, a free trial license can be extended for another 14 days.

1.6. The free trial period is extended for 30 days for Browze partners and is unlimited for Silver and Gold partners (Partner Program).

 

Restrictions

 

2.1. You are not allowed to request a trial license from public emails like: gmail.com, yahoo.com, qq.com, me.com, outlook.com, hotmail.com, icloud.com, aol.com, protonmail.com, yandex.com, zoho.com, mail.com, gmx.com, rediffmail.com, live.com, rocketmail.com, hushmail.com, inbox.com, fastmail.com, lavabit.com, web.com.

2.2. Multiple trial licenses can’t be issued at the same time if you don’t have a proven record of orders.

2.3. Multiple trial licenses can’t be issued one after another if no prior trial resulted in an order.

2.4. The free trial license can’t be extended if you contact us after it has been terminated.

2.5. If the free trial license has already been extended once, it can’t be extended.

 

Termination

 

3.1. These Terms are valid from the date the license has been issued to its termination in accordance with this clause.

3.2. Magefan has the right to terminate the trial license with immediate effect by sending a written notice 2 days prior to the termination.

3.3. After the termination, you must remove or uninstall all copies of the Magefan Extension immediately.
