Its an excellent module and great support from Magefan to sort out some issues we had. I am still have trouble creating segments. However, I wish it came with segmentation already built in the reason for 4 stars. Apart from this then it saves much cost for marketing

We implemented this extension to our magento shop and extend it with additional fields for our specific use case, e.q. we use mailchimp as newsletter tool and we added the mailchimp subscribe status of the customer as field and are able to sync this information to mautic. or we added a field with the total order amount of the last year. everythink work as expected. we needed some support for a problem and magefan helped us very well.

We've installed this extension without any issues and the connection to the mautic was very simple. All our customer data now automatically goes to mautic including custom customer attributes that we have, that is really great.
