Magefan updated our Edit Order extension. They communicated with us from day one and installed the update as soon as we supplied them with the credentials. We will be ordering more extensions from them shortly.

We have used this on one website and are planning to use it on another. It makes it much simpler for customers ordering custom products or where shipping is added after the order is placed. Much better than using the native Magento edit which cancels the order so you need to get a new credit card authorization. Good customer support - they answer questions promptly.

This extension is really useful for editing existing orders. Our team can now easily change delivery address, product data or courier company from admin. As always good support from Magefan team.

The Order Edit Extension does what it is supposed to do. I bought it to enter voucher codes afterwards, but there are forgetful customers. I can now finally correct the email address.
