Unfortunately, there is no default option to translate products and categories automatically in Magento. You need the and it's various integrations to make it possible.
Once you set up Magento Google Translate Integration or other AI engines you'll have multiple auto translation options.
Auto Translate in Menu
The simplest way to auto translate products and categories in Magento, just hit the Auto Translate button at the page top menu.
Auto Translate in Form and Popup
While you're on the product or category page, you can use the translation pop-up for separate fields or the translation form for all fields.
Use Auto Translate option for all or separate fields in the translation pop-up.
Find Auto Translate option available for separate sections of the product or category pages in the translation form.
Auto Translate in Mass Actions
If you want to auto translate multiple pages at once, use the Auto Translate option from the Mass actions.
Note: this option is available for products only.
Auto Translate Schedule
The last option to translate products and categories in Magento is the Translation Schedule. Just navigate to Stores > Configuration > Magefan Extensions > Translation > Auto Translation > Schedule Translation and select the product and categories.
Magefan Translator will schedule the translation and automatically translate and update the translation (if any) for your catalogue pages.
Translating products and categories in Magento automatically saves you tons of time. All you need is some reviewing and editing. However, the process differs for translating emails and blog posts.
