Very poor service, and the modules sold do not match their description.
They attempted to deceive us, even though we had asked everything in writing before the purchase. The module worked incorrectly in about 99% of the cases, yet they tried to convince us it was working perfectly. What they didn’t expect was that we have Adobe-certified developers in our team, which quickly exposed their misleading sales practices. Instead of providing proper support, they simply refunded the purchase price. Please make sure to thoroughly check whether Magefan’s modules actually perform as advertised. This is not the first module from Magefan we have purchased that came with serious flaws.

1. Our support agents have been assisting you from before the purchase (where you only asked about the discount) and after the purchase (getting the access credentials and carefully exploring the issues you reported).
2. The professional Magento developers we also have on our team (who developed this module and worked on fixing the issues you've reported) determined that the issues in question weren't related to our extension, since they were still present when we disabled the module.
3. We never resort to misleading sales practices in marketing our products and never advertise them as something they are not. Same as we don't force our customers to purchase something before they make sure the module meets their expectations.
After days of non-constructive communication where we tried to assist but got only threats in return, we've decided that it's best to offer a refund. The order was refunded in 100% of its price.
We had a recurring problem with cache slowing us down for months before we found this warmer. Our developer implemented it easily and now we have a much clearer view of our caching process. Had a few issues with redis but Magefan promptly fixed that. Recommend
